United Way of Southern Chautauqua County is pleased to announce Sally Basheer, as its new Director of Finance & Administration.
“We are thrilled to announce that Sally has joined our team here at the United Way,” says Amy Rohler, Executive Director. “We look forward to continuing a strong financial position in the community and building a stronger community with her experience and diversity.”
Sally previously held the role of Accounting Specialist at Northwest Bank, and while in Jordan worked as a counselor for Nippon International Cooperation for Community Development (NICCOD) which is a Japanese non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting self-reliance among people in developing countries in Asia, The Middle- East and Africa.

Sally was born in Baghdad, Iraq and raised in Amman, Jordan since 1994. She moved with her family to Erie, PA in 2008 where she graduated from Penn State Behrend University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.
